This freshie comes in a scent-proof package. All freshies are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared.

Keep away from children and pets, for decorative use only. We suggest keeping your freshie in the clip-on container, if placing them on a finished surface, please use a freshie holder or a barrier to prevent damage.

Shipping Policy
  • Shipping is based on the weight of your items and are calculated at checkout.
  • We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum and will combine multiple orders when possible. 
  • Items are shipped in a barrier poly sealed bag for scent protection. 
  • RTS items are shipped in 24-48 hours after order payment. Made to order custom items have a 7-14 day turnaround.
Return Policy
  • All custom products are final sale.
  • We quality check each item before it is shipped. If for some reason your item is damaged, we will replace it as long as you let us know within 3 days of receipt.
  • Damages incurred through the postal system, you will need to file a claim with USPS to receive credit for those items.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not refundable, however we will do our best to help in find the packages.
