Return Policy

All custom products are final sale. We quality check each item before it is shipped. If for some reason your item is damaged, we will replace it as long as you let us know within 3 days of receipt. Damages incurred through the postal system, you will need to file a claim with USPS to receive credit for those items. Lost or stolen packages are not refundable, however we will do our best to help in find the packages.
