Keep away from children and pets, for decorative use only. Do not ingest.  We suggest hanging your freshies. If placing them on a finished surface, please use a freshie stand or a barrier to prevent damage.

Shipping Policy
  • Shipping is based on the weight of your items and are calculated at checkout.
  • We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum and will combine multiple orders when possible. 
  • Items are shipped in a barrier poly sealed bag for scent protection. 
  • RTS items are shipped in 24-48 hours after order payment. Made to order custom items have a 7-14 day turnaround.
Return Policy
  • All custom products are final sale.
  • We quality check each item before it is shipped. If for some reason your item is damaged, we will replace it as long as you let us know within 3 days of receipt.
  • Damages incurred through the postal system, you will need to file a claim with USPS to receive credit for those items.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not refundable, however we will do our best to help in find the packages.
